French actor Alain Delon, who died last week aged 88, had requested that his funeral be a private affair. Dozens of fans gathered to pay their respects outside the grounds of his 120-hectare estate in Douchy, southeast of Paris, where he was buried in a ceremony attended by about 50 mourners.
