Serbia’s Novak Djokovic scored his first Olympic gold on Sunday after beating Spain’s Carlos Alcaraz in a stunning men’s tennis singles final. Djokovic, who claims a men’s-record 24 Grand Slam titles, previously won a bronze at the 2008 Summer Olympics — but he had made it clear that was not sufficient.
